Triumph’s Street Triple RS offers an impressive chassis, electronics and engine package. The most obvious visual differences between the R and the RS are the lack of a belly pan and the digi
The Street Triple is closer than the Daytona in regards to trail, so instead of springing for the $800.00 triples, Peter slid the fork tubes down inside the top clams as far as possible. It looks weird, but it did increase mid-corner feel at speed without slowing turn-in.
The 2019 Triumph Street Triple R fits the bill perfectly, slotted in-between the budget-minded S model and the flagship RS variant. At its introduction, the 765cc motor instantly garnered a rave
On the circuit, the 2022 Speed Triple 1200 RS’s handling was razor sharp. It had gobs of feel from the front end, a nimble turn-in through its wide bars, and the kind of edge-grip feedback that made me eager to keep riding the bike hard until its DOT Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tires had little rubber left on them.
Pros for StR: better suspension, Triumph build quality, refined, nearly perfect throttle and shift feel. Cons for StR: maybe the display, not as exciting, lower torque. Pros for XSR900: Yamaha reliability, cruise control, looks. Cons: it's a hooligan, much worse suspension, more expensive.

I am in a dilemma whether to go for the STR R (grey) or the STR RS (red) 2023/24 models. I love the looks of both of them with the red RS inching slightly ahead. The R meets nearly all my requirements but I could just about scramble and manage the RS (with the low seat option) in my budget. The difference in cost is quite a bit and I wonder if

I thought the 2018 model had identical suspension to the 2016. Nothing I read in reviews and forums suggested otherwise. A couple of reviewers of the new 2021 RS 1160 commented that
